Membership FAQ
  • If my membership expires, will my account be erased?

    No, not immediately. You can log-in, and you will be directed to a page where you can renew your membership. If your account has been inactive for a long time, we may delete it. If this happens, your log in information will not work. You will have to create a new account.

     
  • My classified ad disappeared! How do I renew it?

    Ads are published for 365 days. You may renew it starting 30 days prior to the expiration date. To do so, navigate to the detailed view of your ad (where it is the only entry on the page). Once there, you will see an option at the top of the page to renew the entry. You must be signed in.

    If your ad has already expired, you should find it listed on the "classified ads" tab on the "my profile" page. Click on the title of the ad, and you will be taken to a page where you can renew it. You must be signed in.

    If your ad has not expired, but you wish to delete it, navigate to your ad and click the delete button. You must be signed in.

     
  • I am a member. How do I get my membership discount at the upcoming event?

    Log-in. Then, navigate to the event and click the register button. You will see that some of your data is already filled-in. The discount will automatically apply.
